Today’s Friday photo comes from Xi’an, China, home of the Terracotta Warriors. I was there in 1988. This picture is certainly not my best work as it was taken by accident – to be discovered when I got the film developed upon returning home. This clay army of an estimated 8,000 figures is thought to be at least 2,200 years old. As this quote is a reflection on past choices, what better picture to pair it with than of something so very old.
