Triggered or Programmed?


I had a few emails about the blog on beliefs I posted 2 weeks ago, in which I said, “Beliefs are thoughts that you think over and over again.” 
Did you know that you have an average of 60,000 thoughts a day! That’s one thought per second in every waking hour! Amazingly, 95 percent are the same thoughts repeat every day. On average, 80 percent of those habitual thoughts are negative. Remember your brain is hardwired for what might harm you. 
When you keep repeating the same thoughts over and over and you are getting results you don’t want – the only way for something different to emerge is to change your thoughts.
There are, however, also beliefs that reside deep in your subconscious mind  – that you perhaps don’t know are there, and that you were never meant own – beliefs you inherited from others. Sometimes they are triggered and you get a ‘feeling’ that you don’t like or have a reaction you don’t understand. Your conscious mind doesn’t have access to them, and they keep you stuck. Hypnosis can help you ‘clean house’ of all those old beliefs that get triggered from time to time and you can get on with life.
