Reflections and Resolutions

The end of one year and the beginning of another is upon us. It’s a traditional time for many to reflect on what’s happened during the year and get serious about making positive life changes.

For many people, this time last year was filled with lots of change due to Covid. Some made the choice to be bitter about everything that was going on, and some made the choice to reflect on what was really important to them.

Well, though we are in a different position this year than last, Covid is still a big part of our lives. Many are wondering when things will return to normal. Perhaps you have already refined the definition of normal, or what it looks like in your life today.

No matter what emotions you may have around your current circumstances, I encourage you to spend some time this holiday season making the choice to focus on what has been right in your life. Things that you can be grateful for. And make a promise to yourself to move forward into 2022 with positive thoughts for yourself and toward others.  And if you need help, please give me a call.
