First, we focus on clearing mental blocks and eliminating outdated beliefs. As the legendary golfer Bobby Jones said, “…the most important distance is the five inches between the ears.” Then we fine-tune specific strategies for you to help you be the best you can be.
We use hypnosis to clear out blocks and limiting beliefs and establish clear goals and desired results. We also enlist the conscious mind as an ally to the subconscious work that we do.

I’m doing great! I’ve played several competitive rounds now, and even in pressure situations, I feel focused and at ease. I now think of my disc to fingers connection much more and about what my desire is for the flight!
After 3 rounds, I am shooting exactly my goal on the 2 toughest courses on tour, and in the largest event of this sport. I have been cool and relaxed the ENTIRE event, even off the first tee day one! Working with Roberta was a great experience! She helped with my anxiety and keeping my emotions controlled during my sports games.
