How to Breathe


I talk to every client about how to breath properly for to relax, get calm and feel in control. Get comfortable, close your eyes and do this with me.
Take a deep belly breath in, hold for a count of 2-3 and as you slowly exhale, mentally count 5,4,3,2,1 relax.
Inhale, hold it for a count of 3-4, then exhale, 5,4,3,2,1 relax.
Inhale, hold it for a count of 3-4, then exhale, 5,4,3,2,1 relax.
Inhale, hold it for a count of 3-4, then exhale, 5,4,3,2,1 relax.
Inhale, hold it for a count of 3-4, then exhale, 5,4,3,2,1 relax.
Practice this 5 times in a row, 5 times a day for 5 weeks – you WILL feel amazing.
