I often talk about how your thoughts become things. Repeating the same thought over and over provides the brain the opportunity to make it a habit. This is great if your thoughts are in alignment with what you want. If not, well, you are creating ways of thinking that keep you stuck.
This week I’d like you to think of three frequent thoughts that you have. Because we are working on areas of improvement, focus on things that you say to yourself that are not in alignment with what you want.
What do you wish they would be? Reframe them and make a conscious effort to repeat them and let yourself imagine them in as great detail as possible. Really feel these positive thoughts that you desire!
