It's easy to be judgmental of others but we are the harshest of critics of ourselves. Judgment doesn't mean not questioning motives or preferences or weighing options - why I want to do this or that, for example. It refers to being critical or berating aspects of the self without thoroughly thinking through the context of a thought or action that is being judged. Be kinder to others, and to yourself.
