Pain Medication
Today I’d like to talk about pain medication. About a year and 1/2 ago I had a bilateral full knee replacement (both at the same time). I didn’t take pain meds, just used hypnosis to manage my pain.

Fibromyalgia
Hypnosis was very helpful in alleviating some of the symptoms for the clients I have seen with Fibromyalgia. Once again, we find stress as an underlying condition that made their symptoms worse. It was also effective in managing the pain that these clients experienced.
Confidence in Getting a Job
A client from Edina came to see me about confidence in interviewing for a new job. He had been let go from his previous job
