You Get What You Expect

FARE is an acronym for the 4 laws of the mind: Focus, Associate, Repeat and Expect.

Today I want to talk about expectations, specifically those you have about others.

People will rise or lower to your expectations. When you go into a situation with the expectation that someone will behave in a way that aligns with your thoughts about them, the odds are high that you will get what you expect.

Your observations about how things played out will meet the expectations you had because your subconscious mind won’t let you see them any differently.

Change your thoughts, change your reality.

I’m Roberta Fernandez, a Board Certified Hypnotist and Certified Hypnosis Instructor at FARE Hypnosis, helping you take back control by unlocking the power of your mind to reach your goals of any kind.

Thanks to Abraham-Hicks for the story!
