Hypnosis and Sleep

Sleep is essential for good health. It is the time when our brain literally cleanses itself of waste that build up during the day.

Brain activity during slow wave sleep benefits the immune system, cognitive functions and brain plasticity. This is especially important because this activity tends to be reduced as we age.

Research out of the University of Fribourg in Switzerland shows that hypnosis improved short wave sleep by 81%.

Sleep medication can have negative side effects and loses efficacy over time. Hypnosis has no negative side effects and can be very effective helping you get a healthy night’s sleep.

If you’re having trouble getting the sleep you need, give us a call. Hypnotic suggestion goes a long way to making the road back much easier.

I’m Roberta Fernandez, a Board Certified hypnotist and Certified Trainer at FARE Hypnosis, helping you take back control, by unlocking the power of your mind to reach your goals of any kind.
