Last week we talked about procrastination. Today we’ll talk about it’s close cousin, motivation.
People say that money is a great motivator. For some, yes. But others it may be recognition, a sense of pride, reaching a goal, even fear can motivate.
The important thing is to make sure your goals are in alignment with your beliefs. You may want something, but if there’s a disconnect with a belief, for example, you don’t think you’re worthy, you may have a hard time getting motivated to get what you want.
