Hypnosis and Ongoing Anxiety

Once again, Covid is making gains, even as millions of vaccinations are given daily, keeping our lives in limbo. Social unrest in Minneapolis is making the entire country edgy again. And the drama of the election keeps rearing its ugly head.

We’ve all been through a lot this past 12 months, and unfortunately the future is still tumultuous. My PSA for this week is to take some time to self-evaluate. Are you showing signs of increasing anxiety in ways that may not be obvious? Overeating, drinking, poor sleep, grumpiness that you can’t seem to get past? Do you have feelings that are unfamiliar to you?

There’s nothing wrong with seeking help to get past these things. Having someone to help you sort things out may be just the thing you need. Learning how to calm and center yourself with self hypnosis might be just what you need. Working with Sadie, our licensed hypnotherapist, may be another option.

Don’t hesitate to give us a call to learn some positive coping mechanisms and to find resolution to what is making you anxious.

I’m Roberta Fernandez, a Board Certified hypnotist and Certified Trainer at FARE Hypnosis, helping you take back control, by unlocking the power of your mind to reach your goals of any kind.
