Fear of Failure

Fear of failure is much more destructive than failure itself. It is what keeps you from doing anything. It keeps you stuck in place.

There is no need to fear failure because it is inevitable. We all fail at some point in life. When you can view failure as a learning opportunity, you become more comfortable with it and learn to take risks. This allows you to see opportunities you may have overlooked, and move closer to accomplishing the things you want in life. And as I mentioned last week, every small success you have increases your self-confidence and motivates you to take the next best step for you.
