Emotions Rule

Does vulnerability make you hesitant to speak up and prevent honest conversations because you don’t want to be criticized?

Or, because of your lack of vulnerability, do you find yourself in a feedback vacuum because others are afraid to approach you with new ideas?

A lack of confidence, imposter syndrome, and thoughts of inadequacy are driven by the emotion of fear. Fear keeps you stuck and feeling unfulfilled. It impedes meaningful relationships with loved ones and colleagues. Emotions always rule the day and dictate your thoughts and actions.

If fear is driving your behavior and preventing your personal and professional success, it’s time to clean out your closet! Time to sort through everything that no longer fits and get rid of those things you can’t believe you ever thought you’d look good in.

I’m Roberta Fernandez, your personal and professional development consultant and Your Ability Activator!
