Attachment

Hi Everybody, I’m Roberta Fernandez, and today’s Monday mention on attachment is going to relate to last Thursday’s thought.

And this thought that I want to talk about today is one of a core tenant of AHARA.  And it is about Attachment, because attachment stands in your way on many levels. When you’re attached to something, it has to be your way.  And this keeps you in a place of limitation.

When you’re attached to something, it’s almost as if your point of view IS you, and you might even argue your perspective to save yourself from being diminished in any way.

And the recording that I talked about, the video that I talked about on last Thursday’s thought clearly illustrates how this young woman has become aware, the first step in AHARA, of her situation. But she is unattached to it emotionally, psychologically, and I do believe watching her even physically.  And this allows her to have this perspective that is really quite incredible for her situation. And you can just tell by looking at her that she’s not attached to the inevitable outcome, not necessarily in denial, but she has opened herself to possibilities, even the possibility of this golden ticket on America’s Got Talent.

So as we go through the week, take her, continue to take her as your inspiration and think about how attachment interferes in different ways in your life.

I’m Roberta Fernandez, your Ability Activator.
