A few weeks ago I talked about goal setting and the difference between taking action and taking inspired action.
I suggested taking time to place your thoughts and energy around something that makes you feel good before taking action. In other words, to get inspired about your goals.
I heard this great metaphor that I wanted to share that illustrates the difference it makes: Action is like vacuuming your entire house without the vacuum cleaner plugged in. You can say, yes, I vacuumed the entire house, but it still looks bad.
I’ll say the start again: Inspired action outperforms plain old action every time – in productivity and results.
