We continue our series about weight loss this week, talking about rules and beliefs. We all have them when it comes to food.
Many of us may have been told “Clean your plate. There’s starving children in China.” or “You’ll sit there till you finish it all. That food is expensive.” Some of learned that food is comfort, love. And we eat comfort food to to feel better.
We have a lot of beliefs around food that are inaccurate or based on misinformation. They were given to us at a time when we skewed the meanings and interpretations as we got older.
The wonderful thing about hypnosis is that we can find out what that information is and determine if it is still serving us well today. If it isn’t, you can let it go.
