The next 3 week on our radio show, Minding Your Health, we’re talking about weight loss. New Years Resolutions are coming up and it’s a hot topic. So I thought I’d talk about the role of the hypnotist in weight loss.
As you know we don’t give nutritional or exercise advice.
We help you set meaningful goals, we help you be accountable, and of course, as we don’t work so much in the conscious mind, we work ing the subconscious mind, so we are talking about emotions and getting to the real reason why you use food as a distractor. And then we are helping recognize triggers and break those bad habits.
