Physical Components of Weight Loss

This week we’ll address the physical aspects of weight loss. We are still in the first week of New Year Resolution so it’s on a lot of minds. There is a huge physical component of weight loss. Our body can complicate a lot of things when it comes to getting rid of these excess pounds. 
So if you’ve had a hard time getting rid of those excess pounds and you’ve really made your best effort on your diet and exercise and worked on the emotional component of weight loss, perhaps it’s time to set up an appointment with your doctor, or naturopath or homeopath to get some blood work done and testing from another angle.
