My initial purpose was to work on my fear of flying. The reality is that I experienced much more. My emotional self has experienced great repair and I am forever grateful. The techniques given to me as tools will be a part of my ongoing journey of healing and love. Thank you for that. As a nurse, I would recommend this as I would any other maintenance of care.
