As adults we are all too familiar with our own stress. We can feel it in our body and see the impact it has on our lives. We are also quite willing to share our stress journey with our friends, family and co workers. This sharing with others allows us to recognize that there are others out there just like us.
But what about our teenagers? Can we recognize stress in them and the impact it has on their lives?
Just think about this…. Your 14 year old daughter begins High School and in just 4 short years she is entering the adult world. That is a very quick transition from child to adult.
How do you recognize stress in your teenager? His room is a mess because he is overwhelmed with growing responsibilities, your daughter is on her social media to escape her homework load and the list goes on. It’s no wonder they are cranky! As parents we just do the classic eye roll and endure the teen age angst!
How can we help those teens out? Hypnosis can be a wonderful tool to help them find motivation, increase concentration for schoolwork, relax during test taking, increase confidence in themselves, help them discover that they really like and accept themselves just as they are!
