Improve Your Sleep

Today we are going to talk about sleep because this is an issue for many people. Some can’t fall asleep and some can’t stay asleep. Many don’t sleep restfully.
Getting a good night’s rest is a positive side effect of hypnosis, whether it be done here at the office or using self-hypnosis at home.
In order to go from your waking state to sleep, you have to pass through the two trance states of alpha and theta. What you are thinking or concentrating on when you are going through those states of suggestibility is important.
We teach you self hypnosis to help guide yourself into a restful slumber so you can easily fall asleep and stay asleep all night. If you are awakened you’ll be able to easily and effortlessly go back to sleep. We also teach you good  hygiene to prepare to go to bed.
