Many people come in our door because of chronic stress, but they don’t always think of it as the cause because stress manifests as symptoms. Let’s talk of it in terms of symptoms.
A certain amount of stress is healthy. Today I’m talking about the kind that isn’t healthy- chronic stress.  Let’s name a few:
