Fear and Inner Peace

Yes, this is yet another coronavirus message. But from a different perspective. 

It’s normal that we are all nervous about what is happening from a health and economic perspective. As a small business owner, I’m with you there. But I want to point out that extended periods of fear and stress are detrimental to your immune system. And so it is even more important to find opportunities to get away from the 24/7 news. Staying informed is one thing, being consumed is another.

There’s not much that you can do to stop what is happening but follow the rules that are there to keep you safe. You CAN however keep things in perspective and practice appreciation for the positive things in life. You can relax and take time to rejuvenate yourself.

Inner peace is defined as the calm you can feel while in the middle of chaos.
