What’s Your Word?


Here’s a great exercise for you this week: Choose one word that you feel describes you. You can ask friends and family what their word for you would be to describe you, but ultimately it’s up to you to choose it. 

Write the word on a post-it and put it somewhere where you will see it everyday. This is your greeting of Namaste to yourself – the special gift within you. Honor it everyday.
