Take a walk in nature alone – without a mobile device, to connect with nature. Notice the sky, the birds and animals, the plants and trees. Notice what you see, hear and smell. Listen to your own thoughts.
Do something that provides your body movement that it’s never done before – salsa dancing, hula hooping, skating, shooting pool, ride a roller coaster. Notice the sensations of movement as you experience it. Revel in the newness of it.
