Self Esteem is all about how you feel about yourself and your abilities. It is reflected in your performance at work, in relationships and in your physical and mental wellbeing.
You are born with everything you need to do what you are meant to do, and be who you are meant to be. But sometimes people and life have a way of affecting you that causes you to feel less.
But self esteem isn’t about what others think about you, it is what YOU think about you. Negative self talk is part of the problem. You are your own worst critic.
