For those that are alone, social distancing can feel very isolating. Luckily, technology can keep us connected.
Connecting with others is a basic human need. So find ways to be social from a distance using a variety of tech platforms available on your mobile device or computer. Get on zoom, FaceTime or Skype with friends for game of Pictionary or Yahtzee. Have your kids create art and then create a virtual museum of their work on Facebook. Have a dinner or wine night with friends and chat about anything but Covid, politics or the economy. Watch a comedy with a group of friends and invite people you don’t know well to join via tech.
