Pain Medication

Today I’d like to talk about pain medication. About a year and 1/2 ago I had a bilateral full knee replacement (both at the same time). I didn’t take pain meds, just used hypnosis to manage my pain. 

Fibromyalgia

Hypnosis was very helpful in alleviating some of the symptoms for the clients I have seen with Fibromyalgia. Once again, we find stress as an underlying condition that made their symptoms worse. It was also effective in managing the pain that these clients experienced.
