Integrative Options

I want to talk about the need for integrative options, but first say I’m sorry for the darkness of this blog, but it’s a gloomy day outside and when I came into my office this morning I have no light! So after I’m done talking to you, I’ll be calling an electrician and enjoying a day of chilling out in a darkened room.

I wanted to tell you that this week The National Fibromyalgia Association published a really good article on pain and hypnosis. Here is the link

The reason why I bring this up is that it is yet one more example of a special interest group that is looking for alternatives and integrative medicine, Hypnosis definitely falls into that category. I’ve been getting downloads on my online store from all over the country.

I want to remind my listeners that there are so many resources on our website and online store that are free or very, very low cost. The goal of our website is to educate you. For those of you that haven’t snooped around the site in a while, take advantage of them!

Not everyone can come to Eden Prairie or can afford individuals sessions, so this is an affordable place to start.

We have a new section in our online store for online coaching. There’s a weight loss program and one to learn self hypnosis. More is on the way. If I ever get my lights back on, I’ll be working on that this afternoon!
