Today's Friday Photo comes from when I rafted the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. I remember what it was like to be lifted up in that 35 foot raft by huge waves and suddenly be engulfed by them. There was no taming the class 4 and 5 rapids on that river. There was only controlling my reaction to it.
